Typical
Weekly Rentals are based on a Saturday to Saturday week. Other times can be arranged
based on availability.
Daily Rentals offered by availability Monday
thru Friday,
with Saturdays by exception only.
Rental Specifics:
Upon reserving a rental, we require a 50% deposit. Upon the day of
delivery or pickup, the remaining 50% payment is due plus any
delivery fees, if applicable. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American
Express and Discover, or if you have a Chatham House account
you may use that as well.
Cancellation:
From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, 30
days advanced noticed is required to receive a full refund. For
cancellations made between 2-29 days, your 50% deposit will not
be refunded. On the day of your expected rental, if you cancel
or do not make arrangements for pick-up or delivery, the entire
cost of the rental will be charged accordingly.
Between Labor Day
and Memorial Day, a 7 day cancellation is required for a full refund.
For cancellations made between 2-6 days, your 50% deposit will
not be refunded.
Delivery:
We happily deliver/pick-up to Chatham, Harwich, Orleans
and Brewster. For a fee of 25.00, we will deliver and pickup; set
up if required.
Time: Most likely between 12:00 and 5:00 PM
on the day of rental
Pickups begin at 10:00 AM (unless special arrangements have been
made for times or day)
Fees:
A $30 cleaning charge will be assessed on your
credit card if items are not clean upon return. They should be
returned in the same condition as received.
